Stop Think Do

STOP THINK DO is a cognitive-behavioural social skills training program that Lindy initially developed with colleagues at the Adelaide Women’s and Children’s Hospital. It has since been adopted in clinics, schools, and homes around the world. The program is published by the Australian Council for Educational Research.

The primary aim of this approach is to teach children, adolescents, and adults the skills to stop and think before reacting in social situations. Information about the training manuals and resources can be found on the Stop Think Do website.
